If their favourite books and TV programs revolve around cooking and food - and come meal time they love getting involved in the kitchen - or if your child dreams of becomming the next Anna Gare or Matt Moran then this course will offer an insight into the life of a professional chef.
Kids will learn how a commercial kitchen operates and will prepare and present several restaurant quality dishes, whilst also learning which crockery to use and how to apply simple garnishes and more. This course is ideal for children who have growing aspirations of becoming a future young chef or who are already enjoying cooking at home.
