Butchery Skills

Think quality meat is the key to good cooking? Learn the artisan skill of butchering at William Angliss Institute - the home of butchery in Australia. Through demonstration and hands on work, you'll learn knife skills, how to assess meat quality, how to debone a beef carcass, you will actually bone a section of lamb carcass and learn how to prepare a variety of specialty meat cuts to make a mouth-watering meal every time.
