For over seventy years William Angliss Institute has educated and inspired passionate people from all over the world through our foods, tourism, hospitality and events training.
William Angliss Trade School was established in Melbourne in 1940. The extensive Melbourne city campus stills stands in Melbourne's CBD and is now joined by a smaller campus in the Sydney suburb of Surry Hills. The Institute also boasts offices in each Australian state and territory, a campus in Singapore, four joint venture campuses in China, an alliance in Malaysia with BERJAYA University College of Hospitality and numerous consultancy projects throughout the globe.
